Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be returned in its original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

  • Be free from damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized modifications

Returns requested after the 14-day return period may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, health, and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Opened personal care products

  • Used beauty or wellness devices

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized products

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue promptly, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem

Once verified, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund request.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider and financial institution.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are damaged, defective, or received incorrectly.

If you believe your item qualifies for an exchange, please contact our support team before returning the product so we can provide further instructions.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

Once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning products. UrbanGearCo cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without valid tracking information.
